RDFP Inc. is a community development organization that applies an experiential approach to ensure that economic and/or social conditions do not deter any individual from pursuing a professional career.

RDFP Inc. collaborates with communities, corporations and the government to coordinate events, tours and workshops that are uplifting and empowering.  Participation in our workshops and programs are required for all members.

RDFP Inc. was founded in 2007 to perform research and development to identify and understand the source(s) of black intellect and offer personal and professional development services for our participants.

The goal of RDFP Inc. is to:
Identify and implement events and workshops that directly support RDFP’s mission
Reduce the number of youth who drop-out of school (Junior/High School and College)
Increase the number of students who complete a college degree and pursue a professional career
Utilize our adult members as mentors to our youth members with similar interest
Ensure our adult members can provide work experience and/or apprenticeship opportunity for our youth members
Utilize our skilled senior members to provide training and knowledge of their industry to youth and adult members through structured workshops
Youth are able to choose an area of research in conjunction to the black intellect
